Steve is a qualified Chartered Accountant who trained with Butterfield Morgan having started in the practice in 1991. Steve is a graduate in Pure Maths and Accountancy from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Steve’s interest are mainly sporting in nature (that is watching, rather than playing given some dodgy knees) His area of expertise is the valuation of companies for which he provides formalised reports in presentation for arbitration and divorce procedures etc.
Chris was part of the merger to form Butterfield Morgan being a partner in a predecessor firm, Messrs K. Ivor Morgan whom he joined in 1972.Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant and was made partner in 1980. Chris’s interest outside of work is golf for which he is a previous captain of the Gower Golf Club.
Matt joined Butterfield Morgan in 1999 as a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant becoming a director of the company in 2015. Matt is the Senior Statutory Auditor of the firm and has an in depth technical knowledge of all auditing standards. His outside interests are mainly the Swans of which he has been a lifelong supporter.
Richard started work with Butterfield Morgan in 1981 and is an ATT qualified Tax Accountant. He is the Tax manager for the practice. Richard is also the Office Manager and deals with the management and control of the staffing side of the business. Richard outside interest is following the Ospreys Rugby Team.
Robert started with Butterfield Morgan in 2007 and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Robert is also the Audit Manager of the practice and keeps on top of the ever increasing demands associated with this requirement.
Sheenah was a previous owner of Morris’s Accountants based in Llanelli and following the merger with Butterfield Morgan in 2013 has continued to look after her clients from her new Swansea base. Sheenah’s external interests are taking a leading active role for her local community church.
Lee joined the firm in November 2014 and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Lee's role is to prepare financial statements, management accounts, corporate and personal tax returns, and to manage the preparation and submission of client VAT returns.
Adam joined the firm in August 2017 and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Nathan started with Butterfield Morgan in September 2019 as a trainee accountant. He is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and is currently in the final stages of his studies towards obtaining his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.
Nathan assists in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, corporate and personal tax returns, and the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Robbie joined the firm in June 2021. He is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and has started studying towards the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.

Ashley joined the firm in August 2023 as a graduate trainee and is currently starting his studies towards the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.

Janet joined the firm in 2014 and is the Payroll Manager. Janet has previous experience of working in Accountancy firms having been at Charles & Co prior to joining Butterfield Morgan.
Louise joined the firm in 1992 as a trainee receptionist and now deals with the payroll for over 250 clients in tandem with Janet.
Sarah started with Butterfield Morgan in 1999. Sarah is an integral part of the firm and ensures the office runs smoothly. She deals with procurement as well as many other administrative roles.
